There’s an accredited lab in Centretown open Saturdays 9–3 and Sundays by appointment. They keep the exact FD-258 cards and C216C in stock, do digital submission + ink at the same time, and give you sealed envelopes ready for the waiver package. I did everything last Saturday morning. Their weekend page is updated every Friday night: Fingerprinting Ottawa weekend section shows live availability – booked my Sunday slot in 30 seconds.
